Name: Blaise Zabini

Age & Birthdate: 16yrs old, October 30, 1980
Year: Sixth
Personality (25-word description at least, please.): Blaise's personality was greatly influenced by his mum, just as his appearance was. He has always remained rather indifferent to others and their feelings, rarely showing any sort of empathy. He has no problems with coming right out and saying something that might be construed as rude by others. This attitude has carried on easily through his schooling, though he does make an attempt to not be as indifferent to anyone he considers a friend, which is really only those that are in Slytherin with him and mainly only those that are in the same year as him as well. He does, at least, offer at least some respect to those older to him in the house.

Blaise has the habit of going through more clothes then one person ever needs to go through. His mother made sure to impress on him how important appearance was in society. This of course translated also into needing clothes of the best quality and latest fashion. He tends to be rather bored and annoyed by the fact that he is forced to wear a uniform during school, but he at least makes sure that it is of the finest standard.

He also has the habit of quietly muttering to himself whatever it is he is writing, which often gets him made fun of at school by those around to hear it. He laughs if off with his friends and then just goes back to ignoring them and continuing with what he was doing. He made an attempt to make sure that all of his school work was always done when he could be by himself and never when he was around those of another house.

Blaise is afraid of either turning out like his mum or actually ending up in a relationship with a woman like her. He has seen what she does and he doesn’t ever want to be as shallow as that nor deal with a woman like that. Because of this he tries his best to not actually get into any sort of relationship with any of the other students.

Blaise is also afraid of wolves. One of his mum’s current husbands decided that he would try to connect with Blaise by taking him out camping and showing him magical creatures and the best places to find the plants he might need later in life for potions. Unfortunately Blaise was annoyed by the man and wandered away from him. He was fine at first. He enjoyed taking a leisurely stroll and just looking around. He wasn’t even really all that nervous about being on his own. Not until he heard the howling. That startled him and he took off fast, trying to find the man again. He could hear an animal giving chase behind him and he glanced back just long enough to get a glimpse of a wolf hot on his trail. He cried out in fright and sped up, but he couldn’t seem to make the gap between himself and the wolf larger. Instead it seemed to be smaller. Right as the wolf lunged at him, a streak of red light jetted over Blaise’s shoulder and slammed into the wolf and Blaise ran into the man. It wasn’t long after this that this particular husband ‘mysteriously’ died.

Plans for your character (Relationships, future, etc.): Blaise really doesn’t have any plans for a future relationship. If anything he is going to try to avoid having a relationship of the romantic kind with anyone, though he isn’t certain he will be successful. Any other sort of relationship he develops depends on the other students and how he interacts with them. He would have little to no interaction with anyone outside of Slytherin unless he was feeling particularly spiteful or mean. The majority of his time would be spent on the side lines observing those around him and gathering any sort of information that he deems valuable. His thoughts on the upcoming war are bleak and he has no plans on siding unless someone is persuasive enough to change his mind.

Other then that most of any sort of plot that Blaise would be involved in all depends on getting him started in the game and seeing exactly how he interacts with the other players.
